Almanco factory has a special painting department equipped with the latest machines specialized in spraying and painting metals, which gives the customer the opportunity to choose between more than 220 colors.
Powder coating
- The paint production line was equipped and technicians were trained by the British company Aircon
- Aluminum is processed in eight stages to ensure that there are no impurities that could affect the quality of the product.
- Aluminum is painted automatically inside the painting room.
- It is then passed into ovens at high temperatures.
Electroimmersion - anodization
- Aluminum is painted using electrodes placed inside vats provided with coating materials.
